Can my son or daughter book for me?

That's perfectly fine. You don't need to diagnose the problem — that's what we're here for. Just tell us what's happening in your own words: "the internet keeps dropping out," "I'm getting weird messages," "my tablet is really slow," or even "I just don't know how to do anything on this thing."
