For many Mac models, yes. Older MacBooks (pre-2016) and some iMacs allow straightforward SSD upgrades to larger, faster drives. Newer Macs with soldered storage are more limited, but we can advise on external solutions or data management options.
Absolutely. We support all iMac models — the older 21.5" and 27" aluminium iMacs as well as the newer 24" M1/M3 models. Storage and RAM upgrades where the model allows it, macOS troubleshooting, slow-iMac fixes, setup and data migration are all within our wheelhouse. We do not fit screens or carry out board-level repair — if that is what it needs we will diagnose it and refer you to a specialist.
